Returns
•Eligibility – Orders delivered and accepted by the customer cannot be refunded. If you believe the order does not meet the specifications, please contact our customer care team within 12 hours of delivery.
•Jewelry Items – No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for any jewelry items once the order is received.
•Perfumery Items – Returns will only be accepted for damaged products. A proper video of the sealed package must be recorded as proof before opening the package. This is necessary for processing your return.
•Process – To initiate a return for eligible items, please contact us at ritvijewels.india@gmail.com or call us at +91 99928-88099. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and the required video evidence.
•Shipping Costs – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will not be refunded unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
•Processing Time – Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
•Refund Method – Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Cancellations
